Philip is a sportsman, from passion. As ex professional race car driver, he knows what it means, fit and healthy to go through life. For years, his daily routine consisted entirely in, to train his mind and body specifically in the best possible way, so that in one moment can accurately perform best.

As Profistportler Philip has with several Trainiern, physiotherapists, nutritionists & collaborated Mentalchoaches and has thus a broad know about exercise science. “Goals are to be reached as to!”, whether in professional sports, at grassroots level or even at the amateur athletes.

In addition to his career as a top athlete Philip also performs many other sports. He is a passionate skier and ski instructor, plays tennis, Marathon running and exploring nature on his mountain bike. Floorball as part of his weekly training program, as well as countless hours of group fitness, which he has been the coach, week after week.
